The property was not well maintained Overgrown lawns Rubbish bins were overflowing on arrival Badly fitted curtains in living room Dirty toilet/used tissue on master bedroom floor Only six towels provide for 8 guests Not enough cutlery for 8 guests Not enough seating for 8 guests and only a 3 seater lounge Broken dining chair seat with screws missing which were sitting in flower jar on dining table Broken TV remote {barely usable} Key box hard to open Access with shared driveway is bad because there are too many parked cars which make it difficult to exit Wifi is very slow with multiple user No where to hang more than half load of washing This property needs a good general clean The property is also for sale Most of what I have stated has been mentioned by others who have stayed at this property

the home was beautiful lovely and warm very homely our children loved the home

more products for cleaning eg dishwashing liqud to wash dishes i like to leave place clean and tidy.

It was spacious and well priced

There was not enough comfortable seating in the living area for a family to use together which made the living space unusable for us as a family.

Size of house and kitchen.

Passed all these comments on privately as well. The property needs a deep clean. Cob webs, dirty fingers marks all over the common areas such as doors, walls & light switches. Main shower needs a good scrub. The bath tap is broken (I think this is mentioned in an older review as well). The carpet was wet in the main bedroom. So we couldn’t use the room or the bathroom as we weren’t sure where the water had come from. Contacted Jay and Inoka as soon as we made this discovery. Inoka and husband? Showed up, didn’t knock, just entered through the broken gate (the lock might have come off in bad weather). Inoka couldn’t figure out how the carpet got wet. So the house went from 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom to only 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. We were just lucky that not all family couldn’t attend. I asked for a possible partial refund but was told no with excuses. Looking back on reviews, it seems they aren’t taking feedback on board.

Great size house.

The lack of cleanleness is disgusting, all the grout in showers are covered in mould, the limescale buildup on the shower glass was so bad that it felt slimy. Skirting boards hadnt been wiped in who knows how long. Hand prints and marks on walls and doors. Cob webs in corners of rooms and bathrooms. Featured in one of the pictures is also dried snot on a wall 🤢
