The owners were very welcoming and took time to explain where restaurants, beaches and bus stops were located. The area is very beautiful with wooded mountains as a backdrop to our balcony. It is a fairly quiet location. A bus takes you to a number of beaches and Corfu town which is very beautiful. The accommodation was basic but very clean. Just outside is a swimming pool to cool off on hot days.

Hele lieve mensen die veel weten over de omgeving. Fijn zwembad met genoeg ligbedjes en mooi uitzicht op de berg.

De badkamer en keukenapparatuur zijn wat verouderd maar wel prima te doen.

Se retrasó nuestro vuelo y llegamos tarde hacia las 12 de la noche. Nos hicieron seguimiento por whatsapp y nos vinieron a recibir igualmente. Además nos dieron amablemente recomendaciones de lugares donde ir. El apartamento, aunque la zona del baño y cocina pequeños, tenía todo lo necesario y las vistas a las montañas desde la terracita son preciosas. Tiene una buena zona comunitaria con jardín y piscina. A las afueras de Paleokastritsa, pero tiene un restaurante arriba que se come fenomenal.

El baño era muy pequeño con una pequeña ducha, y la cocina.

Een heerlijk appartement met goede voorzieningen. De bedden zijn heerlijk en de badkamer is in orde. Allemaal niet het meest luxe maar dat maakt wat ons betreft niet uit. Het kleine keukentje was erg handig en hier hebben wij heerlijke hamburgers gebakken! Daarnaast is er een super lekker zwembad (bijna) direct aan de kamer waardoor je daar de hele dag heerlijk kan ontspannen.

Het ligt aan een redelijk drukke weg. Dit was niet extreem vervelend maar wellicht goed om te weten van te voren.

Location is great - 20 minutes from Corfu Town but still with nearby beaches, commerces and restaurants. The hosts are adorable, eager to help and share good places to go. Close enough to Paleokastritsa to easily visite but without being in the chaos of the traffic. Easy to get to other parts of the island and a bus to Corfu Town if you don't want to drive

Nothing not to like.

Clean, comfortable, basic accommodation but with useful mod cons. Those expecting modern state of the art appliances might be disappointed but for anyone familiar with Greek studio lets, this ranks as better rather than poorer. Location is handy for small super market, restaurant / tavernas and is right next to the bus stop for Corfu Town, and also if you don’t fancy the uphill walk from the main Palaio beach area you can catch the same green bus back up to the apartment ( bus stop is at Elia Taverna ). Good pool and poolside area with sunbeds, parasols and tables for residents. The rear studios face the garden and are very peaceful in the evening for a sun downer. Stathis and Magda are wonderful hosts and can’t do enough to ensure all guests are comfortable and happy. Cats Tom and Jerry are equally welcoming. In brief: highly recommended.

Picky people might take issue with the age of appliances, no TV in room but that won’t be important to those looking for a comfortable stay with a genuine Corfiot welcome.
