Hervorragende Lage

Schlechte Sauberkeit. Schimmlige Dusche. Schränke nicht gereinigt. Küchenausstattung unzureichend (viele Töpfe und Pfannen für den Induktionsherd nicht geeignet). Mückengitter im Schlafzimmer kaputt.

Die Lage war relativ zentral und die Wohnung groß.

Leider war die Wohnung sehr dunkel und im Bad schimmelte die Dusche.

L'appartamento è perfetto e funzionale per 4 persone, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La signora Angela è stata particolarmente gentile e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

It is very spacious apartment,really close to everything -city centre,station,beach and shops,but veru quiet at night.There is a big fridge in the kitchen,useful equipment for cooking,very big bathroom and comfortable beds.We loved staying there,Sestri Levante is the best to visit many interesting places like Portofino, Portovenere, Cinque Terre,Pisa and Firenze.Moreover this charming city is amazing itselves.I really recommend this city and apartment.

The only thing I would improve is to clean apartment a little bit more.

Appartamento carino, ben arredato in stile moderno, dotato di aria condizionata, posizione ottima vicino al mare 5 minuti a piedi, e vicino anche al centro, il punto forte a mio parere il posto auto privato davanti casa che nelle località marittime e specialmente il Liguria vale oro, e concludo dicendo che la proprietaria molto gentile ci ha accolto veramente bene e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni che volevamo

Nel complesso mi è piaciuto tutto, se proprio si vuole essere puntigliosi l'unica cosa che manca a questo appartamento che si trova al piano terra è uno spazio esterno, un piccolo giardinetto o un balcone, poi direi che è perfetto per le vacanze

An absolutely wonderful apartment in a dream location! We stayed in a spacious, clean, and very well-equipped place that offered all the comfort we needed for a perfect holiday. But what truly makes this place special is its unique positioning: right between the beautiful beaches of Sestri Levante, the charming old town, and the train station! Sestri Levante’s train station, just a stone’s throw away, is the terminus for most local trains—whether you want to explore Genoa, Cinque Terre, or La Spezia, it’s as simple as stepping out of the apartment and hopping on a train within minutes, stress-free. And the beaches? A dream! In the morning we’d go to one, in the afternoon to the other, and each time the sun would shine directly from the sea, bathing everything in a warm, magical light. A place I’d return to in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
