the location was pretty good, we booked a perfect place for our stay in Cebu. It was also a good location since it was very convenient for grabs and other deliveries

our whole stay was pretty fun and okay. We're actually satisfied with the location that we've booked so I think there was nothing to unlike there.

The neighborhood is quite lively!

The house was in a safe and secure neighborhood. Good for the first day in an unfamiliar city. But it's not worth staying more than one day. Nothing to do in the neighborhood. The house was clean enough, but it was hard to call it satisfactory. Toilet and shower were together and not comfortable

The owner has at least 2 identical homes at this address. One is in good repair and the other is old. When I arrived, the newly renovated house was occupied and I was put in the second one. What you see on this website is mostly a house with new renovations.

Toilet drainage, lavatory drainage, and laundry drainage smells like sewers. Smell is so filthy that it makes us gag. Dead cockroaches are everywhere and have lots of red ants. The couch in the room is dirty, and the kitchen sinks dirty, not properly cleaned. I'm so sorry to give you an honest review as we didn't expect the actual reality of the property based on the previous review of some customers. We just newly checked in, but my daughter made tantrums because of that's odd smell coming from the drainage, and everyone wants to leave for staying 1 hour since we check in.. Tiles in front of the toilet are wiggling, potentially will break once step-in.

the shower was not working properly and the shower upstairs there is no heating and toilet.

Ate Emma was wonderful and the best thing about the accomodation

Place is ok if only looking for a place to sleep. However location is not convenient if you do not have a car as is located within a subdivision with restaurants/supermarkets not walking distance. We initially had trouble finding the place. Also lots of traffic to the road leading to the accomodation during peak hour. The beds and bathrooms were fine (upstairs shower is hand held only and no shower head cradle). couch and fouton appeared stained from wear and tear and unsure if clean to sit on.
