The Facilities are great, the bed is comfortable, the room's interior is just wow, all the utensils and beddings are met—Pretty much everything is perfect. Totally worth it and not to mention the super cheap price for the stay and the good service the host had provided. THANK YOU SO MUCH WIND SUITES FOR THE SERVICE THAT YOU HAD OFFERED US!

Location and cleanliness.

The parking fee of 500 pesos for merely 15hrs use is overpriced. When we arrived, we were initially told to park a building away, or near the clubhouse or along the street which is absolutely unsecured and very far from tower 2 where our unit is located. Take into account that though I can still drive an automatic vehicle, I am disabled! Second, the unit is not at all the same as the pictures shown on booking.com. The flat screen TV is too small, the beddings are not uniformed but a mixture of low-grade quality material with mishmashed colors. Water pressure is weak while bathroom shower is rusty. I find the entire unit poorly decorated! There's no thick curtain to block off the sunlight so you are waken up once the sun is up. Check-in procedures were comparable to entering Fort Knox because apart from presenting your identification papers, payment upon check-in, car registration, we were all made to line up for our photos to be individually taken, which I find very insulting! I am an avid traveller who has covered 80% of the world and this is the first time I encountered such treatment. Nothing like this ever happened even at the most expensive hotels where I stayed, none anywhere!
