I hope we can cook inside the property next time. This is important especially when we choose just to stay inside and bond. Our family bonding is cooking and eating.

The location did not specify that the swimming pool is very far from the condo unit and parking area. The swimming pool has no facilities for dining, so if you have children, that can not be left alone, you will have to leave with your child and get food. Swimming pool should be specified very clearly that it is charged extra on per person and per day basis. There is a whole confusion on how to get to the unit, because there are many other buildings named similarly. I am sure the host tried her best. The arrival was planned well. It is actually the information that booking.com posts that is incomplete, misleading/unclear and therefore makes the stay not a very pleasant one.

Booking.com charged/debited the credit card MORE than the agreed price without my express/written/prior approval. This can't be blamed on the credit card or bank, because the credit card is based in same location and there was no change in currency. It is difficult to solve, because the chat assistant is not available and when they did reply by email, they give an email address that is already expired (and it is not even 24 hours from the time they sent the email address).
