Die Lage war einzigartig, mit viel wunderschoener Natur rundherum und einem sagenhaften Asublick. Das Anwesen ist riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet, bemerkenswert der Pool und der Billard-Tisch. Ausserdem hat jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer.

Die Matratzen waren leider nicht sehr bequem, aber das laesst sich leicht aendern.

The house was the perfect layout for our family. There is a separate bedroom with living area down by the pool, one off the pool room and then three bedrooms in a 'family' wing and all bedrooms had their own bathroom. The weather did get really hot when we were there and the main living area stayed nice and cool. There is a terrace on the front of the house by the BBQ and an enclosed eating out area on the back of the house (which is a lovely place to eat). The host was very responsive and had extra pool umbrellas delivered to give extra shade by the pool. The kids loved the pool table which kept them busy in the evenings.

The house is old and that comes with lots of charm but does mean, for example, that the beds can be quite small for larger guests. There is a lovely view across the valley but this is spoilt by the view of the N222 below and there was quite a bit of noise from the road at night. There is not very much by way of kitchen equipment (e.g. no cheese grater or food processor) and the fridge is quite small for such a big group.

The property was beautiful and authentic with a stunning view. It is fairly remote, but we liked that. The property has lots of character and a few creepy crawlies! It had everything we needed for our stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly when we needed to ask questions. There are bars and a beach approx 5 Mins drive away. Local supermarkets 15 mins away. Stunning views and walks on your doorstep.

I’m not a fan of spiders, there were a few! Saying this- the property was very clean and as previously mentioned was authentic!
