The location was great, it was nice and spacious

The jack and Jill bath room shower leaked onto the floor area and had to mop up after each shower. It was like the shower floor sloped the wrong way.

I liked the modern renovation and facilities in the bathrooms laundry and kitchen. Beds and blankets were very comfortable, clean, and warm. Lounge dining area was well appointed with games and tv and was very spacious and comfortable.

We suffered an extreme storm and without power there was no heating or protection from the cold as the building had no insulation. It's that style of cottage, it was freezing and we had to cut our stay short. Also there were no supplies for in case of power loss eg emergency lights, candles. Lighter and as the entire town was out of power no way to get any. There was no emergency phone number provided in the residence, only on the booking office front door. Perhaps an emergency lighting kit could be provided for this type of thing.
