Maria Parameriti Apartments

Two good-sized bedrooms and a lovely large balcony with beautiful mountain views. Clean apartment. Great check-in.

First of all, we liked the location, the apartments are located in a picturesque location, overlooking the mountains, walking distance from the sea, beach and supermarkets, bakeries and other shops. The rooms are spacious, large and each has a terrace for breakfast or dinner. All necessary utensils for cooking and eating are provided. Linen, towels, clean and fresh, the Toiletries such as shampoo and soap were provided. The room was cleaned every two or three days, but our linen was not replaced during the 9 days of our stay, according to our observation. But for us it was not critical, the linen was clean, we didn’t make it dirty

The shower area is small and it is inconvenient to take a shower, water flows all the time on the floor and a puddle is formed in the bathroom. But these are small things of course, comparing to the endless noise from the guests all night. Every night we could not get enough sleep because of the neighbors in the apartment, who got drunk and made a brawl, it felt like they were simply destroying all the property and killing each other. After all, people come to relax and expect to get enough sleep, and not listening to the drunken brawl of the Polish (in our case, they were Polish people). At the same time, it is not entirely clear what to do in such situation, it definitely spoils the rest. Perhaps the owners should more strictly warn guests about quiet hours and the consequences for violating them. We really do wanted to call the police.

Very kind, respectful, receptive, and helpful staff. We received a gift on the last day of our stay as well. Would highly recommend and book again in the future!

Location was great, really big appartment, big enough FOR four persons. Really Close to the beach and the taverns.

It was our second time in this apartment, it was absolutely amazing. Spacious rooms, great facilities, big balcony, close to everything.we liked it. I would highly recommend.

The only thing which bothered us was the poor quality of the wi-fi. Last year we stayed at the first floor where the WiFi was just perfect, but this year at the second floor it was quite poor

Clean, largde rooms, every fasilities.

In that price, they offer alot of stuff. Apartments are very big. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and 2 single beds in the other room. There is also a living room with a kitchen and a table. In the living room there is a big coach where someone can easily sleep. Kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything you need. In the bathroom there is a washing machine that works perfectly fine. There are 2 air conditioning, one for each bedroom, and the bedroom with the big bed have a TV. You have 3 balcony, one from the kitchen and one from each bedroom. There are alot of parking spots around the location.

We had 2 rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. The first floor apartment was clean and nice, but the one on the ground floor was pretty dirty. It was a mold smell, and the fridge was pretty dirty. There were spider webs with spiders on the walls. The cleaning lady says that she didn't noticed the spiders but she could come back the next day to clean again. After a day or too, the smell dissapeared, probably because before the room was not properly ventilated. The place offers alot, but they have to clean the rooms better, and the kitchen stuff.

Apartment has all what we needed. Clean and equipped.

Only one thing but that I found in Greece common the shower curtain.
