"The impression of the apartments is great, despite the parking fines."

Nice apartment. The location of the apartments is great. Close to the historical part of the city. Lots of shops around. No free parking nearby. Still the center of the city. But from 8 pm to 6 am parking is free even in paid lots. It's like that everywhere in Poland.

Lack of free parking spaces even for the disabled.
