Fensterrollo war leider defekt, die Vermieterin hat bemüht den Mangel zu beheben. Der Vermieter kann vielleicht freundlicher sein, man hat nicht wirklich das Gefühl willkommen zu werden.

"Die niedrige Raumhöhe u. das nächtliche Licht ließen die Wohnung unwohnlich und wenig einladend wirk"

Die Wohnung war zentral gelegen und sauber. Die Küche war top ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich

Die Raumhöhe war mit ca. 2,10 m sehr niedrig und das Bett mit nur 1,90 m Länge zu kurz für uns. Besonders störend war der Bewegungsmelder-Scheinwerfer direkt vor dem Fenster, der nachts regelmäßig anging und die Wohnung stark erhellte. Eine bessere Verdunkelung wäre dringend nötig gewesen.
