Nice large house, multiple terraces. Ocean view on sunsets. The house itself was nicer than on the picture. Loved the spacious sundeck on tof of the house.

You'll need a car but everything is just minutes away.

Stunning view from the property. Apartment spotlessly clean on arrival. If you're sensitive bring some antihistamines - somehow there is lots of dust in the air. Living space spans over three floors: bedrooms+bathroom, living room+kitchen and a rooftop with sun loungers. Beautifully kept outside areas and access to a hotel pool and a private beach in close proximity of the property. Self contained apartment available on the ground floor, but not included in the booking. Very nice host.

You need a car to get around. Only german channels functioned on the satellite.

Man braucht im Grunde ein Auto, da die nächste Bushaltestelle 35 Gehminuten entfernt ist in steilem Gelände. Im Winter in der Umgebung quasi alles geschlossen (Bars, Supermärkte, wenig Busverkehr)

In this pricerange and current climate a simple fan is not enough. Please invest in an airco so everybody sleeps well

If you want the quiet Ibiza then this is a lovely spot. Totally agree with the previous reviewer, you definitely need a car for this location. It’s got lovely beaches nearby (one accessed by the hotel opposite is more of a cove, Cala Vadella is the best sandy beach and Cali Molí is not far to walk but pebbly/rocky). El Silencio is the restaurant/bar at Cala Molí. We had a great experience with food and cocktails but it is expensive!

The lack of air conditioning was the only real negative for us.

The location was very nice and peaceful like we were after with a lovely view of the sun setting in the evening and a great view of the stars at night. The man who met was really polite and friendly and helped with any issues we had and the secluded beach was relaxing and a beautiful spot. There is a beach club a walk away at the bottom of the hill which is lovely to chill at with music food and drink and even a pool. The kitchen is nicely equiped however the microwave doubling up as an oven doesn't work to great.

The photos make it look like the pool is attached to the apartment, however it is at a seperate location at the end of the apartment. If you haven't hired a car it is a nightmare to get around, there are no shops within a suitble walking distance and the taxi's take forever to turn that's if they even turned up at all. Some occassions we were waiting over an hour and a half for a taxi, which ruins your timinings for all your plans. There in no air con, and only ceiling fans in the bedrooms, so at night the place can get very hot and sweaty.
