Very clean and easy access. Air conditioning were perfect and functional. Roberto was very kind and helpful. His mother was baking every morning for us. Beautiful breakfast beautiful terrace to have breakfast with gorgeous view.

Absolutely nothing

Roberto and his lovely mom are doing an amazing work!!! Perfectly clean and comfortable!!! Spotless bathroom and great quality of mattress and pillows. They we’re changing towels and beddings every second day! Roberto booked a garage place for our car in the next street. Castellmare is a cosy place. Good as a base for going around and visiting Napoli, Pompeii and Amalfi coast by car and boats to Capri… there is a train station 5min walk… supermarket 50m. Many shops! Nice breakfast on the rooftop (traditional Italian breakfast with fruits, cakes, croissants, cereals… you could pay extra for continental breakfast)

There are 3 separate apartments on the floor. One of them has a nice street view. Unfortunately supermarket delivery trucks are making noise till 2am. It’s fine if you close the balcony door and turn on AC. The other 2 apartments have different view and they are quiet.

When we were coming to the accommodation, my wife just noted that she would be particularly pleased that we were placed in a room she saw in the pictures with a wonderful view - and we were lucky, we were in Pompei room, a room that has a beautiful balcony and watches on the street on which we parked our car every day. Roberto contacted us before arriving, and we agreed with him the time when we came to get us and solve with us all the administration and explained all the details. We especially liked his recommendations for restaurants - each was perfect. The room was deliciously decorated, clean and cozy, has a small fridge. Breakfast was served on the terrace, where Roberto and his mom served a typical sweet Italian breakfast (croissant, marmalade, yogurt, cake, fruit, cerial, coffee, ..). Roberto offered us an extra charge and a classic breakfast, but since we hadn't been to many days, we didn't need a change. Roberto is a very careful host, communicating great in English, unobtrusive and is ready to give advice/to chat with his guests. The building where there are three rooms that Roberto rents is in the perfect place- not far away by the sea promenade nor to harbor, and the parking is always found in the parking lot (Easypark app or prepare small coins). If you want to investigate Naples, Pompei, Amalfi coast or go to Capri - this is a perfect location!

There was an elevator, which was a very pleasant surprise considering the age of the building. Roberto and his mom left us wanting for nothing.

From the moment I checked in with Roberto, everything was wonderful. The access was seamless, Roberto was always about and gave great advice. And the location was very central to the seafront and the train stations.

Nothing. It is in the centre of a working city, not touristic, but that is the charm of it. All Italians, not tourists. But train access to Naples, Pompeii, and Sorrento is easy and inexpensive

Very clean, the host was very helpful, giving lots of tips and help for transport, sites and restaurants. I had to leave my luggage for a few days and it was no problem. When I had to check out at 5am, they left some breakfast for me in the fridge so I can take it with me.

The photos don’t do the property justice. The property had a great location, a beautiful terrace, and was very clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, train station, supermarkets, and an atm. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends and family who want to visit the Amalfi coast.

We liked everything about the property. No complaints.
