Housekeeping & reservations

I had a great stay at Green leavs Hotel, North Coast. The rooms were exceptionally clean, thanks to the efforts of Mr. Kassem, the housekeeping supervisor, and Mr mohamed abdul monem the housekeeping manager – both were extremely helpful and professional. I also truly appreciated that they just informed me about some items I had forgotten at the hotel – very honest and attentive service. A special thanks as well to Mr. Mohamed Abdel Basset from the reservations team – he was very helpful and made the booking process smooth and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for the great experience!

اقفال الشاطى الساعة ال 7 مع العلم ان الشاطى العام الي قبل الفندق والي بعده شغالين الى الساعة 7ونص

لم يتم تتظيف الغرفة خلال 3 ايام، السعر في الفندق للغرفة ضعف السعر على booking,، عندما تم تمديد ليله لظرف طارئ لم يتم ابلاغي بالسعر و تفاجأت ان السعر اصبح الضعف، حاولت تمديد الحجز من booking و لكنهم ظاهرين ان لا يوجد غرف متاحة مع العلم ان غرفتي المفروض متاحة للحجز فا اضطريت لذفع يوم زيادة بسعر مبالغ غيه جدا، و بعدها وصلني اتصال ان في غلطة و ان السعر اكثر من المدفوعو طلبوا فلوس تاني و تم دفعها لمغادرة الفندق !!! من اسوء التجارب لا ينصح بالتعامل مع الفندق

The staff is very freindly specially master mohamed rashwan club 75's Manager and the hotel is good and tidy

I liked everything in the hotel but the food needs more variety and includes more fruits thats all But it's a great experience

The quietness of the hotel is very good Location is nice, staff are kind as well Very good service to price

The location.

nitially, we booked two rooms, but we were given only one room with two single beds. We showed the email confirming our original booking, and after about half an hour, we were given another room. However, it wasn’t properly cleaned, and it had a strong smell of smoke — we couldn’t tell where it was coming from, but the odor was very unpleasant. We complained about it, but no solution was offered.
