Green Leaves Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel room was clean. The village was quiet and the sea water was nice and clean but it was rough as well, Also, there were nice activities for the kids and there was a central market and transportation from the hotel to the beach and swimming pool facilities.

The village needs more care, especially with the beach, Also there is no variety in the food options. In the rooms, the walls are thin (you can even hear the neighbours talking).

Staff helped to change the room when we complained. Beach staff were helpful. Comfy beds and nice room finishing.

- Cleanliness concerns (Pillow cases weren't changed, toilet wasn't clean, cups had leftovers, trash was full when we get into the room) - Breakfast, specially backery and fried food. - Sometimes need to wait too long for the golf car ride to the beach. - Beach security were checking bags and don't allow anything in and were very rude. - Parts of the beach are Rocky. - Beach is far from the Hotel. - Parking area is very limited. - No elevators.

Staff friendly Convenient location according to my requirements

I booked a Small Room and when I reached the hotel I was informed that my booking was a pool cabin!!!! I had to pay an extra amount to be transferred to a a normal room - just normal

النظافه جيده جدا وخصوصا عبداللة الخولي واشرف هنداوي وعصام شمس تعاونوا معنا جدا وعندهم إمانه وايضا الشاطئ نظيف.. والفريق الانيميشن جيد وتعامله طيب مع الاطفال

الالعاب المائيه قديمه وتحتاج إلي تحديث وخصوصا الدائرية الشاطئ يحتاج إلي مصدات الأمواج لا يوجد ماء ولا عصائر في وجبه العشاء
