"A splendid hidden gem, very close to Rishikesh"

If we could rate it 100 out of 10, we would have done it! Everything was excellent! Starting from the location of the hotel, very close to the center but just out of the traffic and noise, so you can deeply sleep without being disturbed by the constant horns (here in India they use it for everything: when turning, taking over, just to say"Hey I am here"..). The room was very spacious and bright, cleaned during the day, when we were out. The beds were so comfortable that we felt like sleeping on a cloud. We only ate breakfast (yummy!), so we don't know how the restaurant is during the day. We've used the game room, where they have ping pong, board games and table football. But the real gems are the guys at the reception 🥰 Rajan and Sagar 🙌 they helped us in any possible way, by giving us very helpful tips, lovely spots to visit, recommendations on restaurants and they also organized our scooter renting. For two solo traveler girls, this is the place! We felt like home. That's why we booked an extra night.

The rooms were nice and clean. Our room had a nice view of the mountain. The location is pretty good. Lots of cafe and restaurants in the walking distance. The staffs were really helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Positive feedback: The owner of the hotel was hospitable, warm, and ready to assist in his best capacity. The breakfast staff gentleman was genuine and hospitable. If the rest of the hotel staff had 10% of the owner's kind attitude, the hotel would have received a 100% rating.

Employee training and communication: Hotel staff need training to improve communication and teamwork. They should be encouraged to communicate with each other about guest requests and concerns to avoid misunderstandings. Billing accuracy: The hotel should review its billing procedures to ensure that guests are charged correctly. Hygiene and cleanliness: The hotel should improve the hygiene and cleanliness of its premises. This may include increasing the frequency of cleaning, providing more training to housekeeping staff, and conducting regular inspections. Maintenance and safety: The hotel should fix the fused bulb in front of room 206 to avoid safety hazards. Overcharging: The hotel should cross check the pricing communicated to guest by river rafting people which was 600 INR per person but 800 INR per person charged during departure. ( Hotel can inform to guest well in advance before the ride to avoid this issue. Overall feedback: The hotel management should take this feedback seriously and take steps to address the issues raised if they want to be in the game of Hospitality.

it looked aesthetic and is a new hotel. the place itself was okay.

there is no value for money. clealiness is poor and was far away from the location. breakfast started quite late.

The staff were amazing, especially the reception staff with overcoming the language barrier.

I need to remember that the hot water required a switch to be turned on, so that I can heat up, lol.
