"Dirty, unhygienic, suffocating rooms with uncooperative staff"

Location is fine considering that we had to go Gujarat University which is a 8 min ride from there.

Never seen more smaller rooms in a hotel before. They were very suffocating, no window no exhaust nothing. Bedsheets had disturbing spots and dirt, blankets were torn and dirty yellow. I asked to change blanket, took them 1 hour, finally I left the hotel 2 hours after checking, wasted 1800 Rs. because the receptionist refused to talk to customer care agent of Booking.com. Stay the night at railway station instead of this hotel.
