cleanliness

staff not accepting online agreement via booking.com and wanting money for each day of stay, not running motor to fill water, every now and then ringing door bell asking for money for stay, charged 1000 per day, extremely rude staff and even on top of this asking to check out every day so that they can charge 1500 per day to ither people.
