Dimora Romantica apartment

Great space. Stairs terrible and not well lighted. Not good for older people.

Positives: air conditioning, mattress, location.

Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. I regretted not choosing a hotel, because the rating of the Dimora apartment on Booking does not correspond to reality at all. The carpet was very dirty, as well as the sofa and chairs. We had to use plastic bags on the chairs just to be able to sit on them. The kitchen was also not clean, there was ingrained dirt and limescale everywhere. In the wardrobes located in the rooms, there was also a mess. Instead of prosecco, it would definitely be more appropriate to provide guests with more toilet paper – 4 rolls for 3 nights for 2 people is really insufficient. Regarding the bedding, only a sheet was thrown over the duvet, which seemed unhygienic to me, because we were supposed to have a large duvet without any protection (the sheet of course did not stay in place and was not properly fixed). For 3 nights we therefore had to sleep only under sheets, which we took from another room. Duvets should always be properly covered with protective bedding, because it is not clear who used them before us, and from a hygiene point of view this is completely inappropriate. Overall, I would recommend paying more attention to cleanliness and basic hygiene of the entire facility. For €968 for 3 nights, I do not expect luxury, but a clean and comfortable apartment should be a matter of course.

The apartment is up a few flights of stairs but nothing crazy

Loved staying right in the center of town - super close to everything, and the building has that classic old-town charm. Fresh fruit and veggie store right next door is so handy, The host kindly left water and wine in the fridge which was much appreciated. Heads up: it's on the 4th floor with no elevator (a town requirement), which wasn't a problem for us but be tough is stairs are an issue. Overall a comfy, clean and really convenient place to enjoy Lake Como.

only downside was the mattress - not my favorite but that could be personal preference.

Расположение в самом центре. Отличная большая квартира для 4-х человек. Очень обрадовало наличие 3 кондиционер и кухни. Еще плюсом стало наличие стиральной машины и капсул для нее. Огромная посудомоечная машина тоже большой плюс!

Было не очень чисто: крошки на кухне, не вся посуда вымыта. Пол был невероятно грязный, наши ноги стали буквально черными после 3 минут в квартире

The location. It was very quiet in the middle of town. A supermarket next door. Main bed was comfortable. Check in was efficient and any problems were addressed efficiently and politely.

The single bed was not comfortable for my adult daughter. The kitchen could be better stocked. On arrival with luggage stick to the road not the 100’s of steps.

It was very convenient. Warm and cozy. Klod was very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay in Bellagio
