Genuine breakfast, with all fresh products (yoghurt, fresh fruit, ham slices, bread, cakes), and freshly prepared eggs on request. Coffee from standard automatic machines, which I don't like, but still quite good. Homemade cakes.There is a warm water swimming pool with a nice view of the mountain and deck chairs for sunbathing. The owner is very kind and attentive to his guests. He is available to suggest paths and things to do every day. Room was tidy and clean.

The view from the window was not amazing (in fact, from my room window you could only see the roof of the barn). On the other hand, privacy was guaranteed! The town, Laion, is a small village, with essential services: a couple of restaurants that close very early (as typical in this area), and a pizzeria (that we did not try, but should close later in the evening). In week days, you can also find one (or maybe two) small supermarkets and butcher. It takes from 25' to 40' to reach the most renown touristing places (Ortisei, Santa Chiara, passo Sella, passo Gardena, Brixen, Bolzano, ...). On the other hand, it is a quite place, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds.

Everything was more than perfect! Giovanni is one of the best host I've ever had while travelling. I booked the apartment, everything was tidy and considerate, the environment around is top class, chill and beautiful. I like the layout of the furniture, and the decoration of the apartment in general. Everyone there, especially Giovanni are so considerate, he gave me a detailed guide on what to visit in the area, also the estimated time needed, which is very helpful. The room is absolutely clean, nothing to worry about. All in all, a 10 out of 10, I would have gave a higher rate if 10 wasn't the highest. Really looking forward to going there again in the future!

Very nice guesthouse, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and hospitality. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with beautiful new bathroom. I enjoyed staying in Laion, which is a quiet village outside the touristy towns in the valley, but perfectly for doing trips in the Dolomites. Seceda only 10km far, in 40 min on the Passo Sella, were I toke impressiv pictures, thank you Giovanni and his family, you are the perfect hosts. Hospitality runs in the family!

Mr. Giovanni is great host when it comes to guiding and making you comfortable around town. he also helped us in check-in when we were arriving late. Overall Propery is located in the city Lajen, which has great view. We received mountain view and kitchen had all the utensils, dish washer, fridge etc. The bathroom and room had heater all around so it was cozy and comfortable. The location of property is very close. I will recommend you to stay here if you are coming for longer stay.

Great location, within an hour drive to top mountain views, interesting historic building, great breakfasts, top customer service. Giovanni was very helpful to recommend the best places to go to. I would stay there again.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a quiet small town, in the Dolomites. Close to everything: sky slopes, excursion sites, Bolzano etc. Giovanni was a very kind and helpful host, offered us activities and answered all our questions immediately. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended for families with children - our ones loved the bunk bed. If you book there, dont't miss the pizza in the bar near the sport field.
