Rosa Apartament

Spacious, clean and really comfortable apartment. Really nice host. Easily accessible by car and it’s not difficult to find parking spot nearby. Walking distance to the city center but it takes around 20 minutes. We had really great stay.

The apartment was very well furnished with everything: kitchen utensils, pots and pans in abundance. Nothing was missing. Location was central, easy access to centre, yet quiet, near groceries, farmers market and a minute away from the highway.

The place is very spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful, kind and hospitable. The neighbourhood is quiet and very safe.

Large and modern apartment, clean,comfortable, all facilities needed for your perfect tour in Palermo. It is not in the city centre but is so easy to get there in les then 30 minutes walking, or by bus , taxi, etc. The apartment is situated in a new, quiet and clean building, security provided at main entrance… free parking in the area is just another big plus. You can enjoy on every Thursday a nice street market. You have around everything you need from supermarkets to pharmacy and gas stations.

The apartment is nicely located near several stores and restaurants. The center can be easily reached on foot (approx 30 min walk), and it is very easy to park. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with kitchen equipment. Thank you for everything, and we will surely be back whenever we are back in Palermo! :)

A little bit far from city center, but there is a bus station close.

The apartment has very confortable rooms and is located close to many services. The area is calm and during the day there is security at the door. A plus for this place is the balcony, allows you enjoy the peaceful meals.

The apartment is very spacious and very clean. It is wonderfully decorated and supplied with all utensils you need for the kitchen. It has elevator access and very quiet location. A very comfortable bed. Located close to public transport 3 blocks a away. Restaurants, Lidl and other food stories close by. It was a very memorable stay. Alfonso was very helpful during our stay. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building. There is a doorman during the day. Apartment is spotless, very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Great to have a little balcony to be able to eat there. Very quiet at night. Alfonso is a great host and answers any requests you may have very promptly. He even accommodated us to park our motorcycle during the nights. WIFI works great. In addition, we were able to stay later on check-out day as our ferry from Palermo was delayed. Excellent location to go to the historical center if you don't mind walking 2.1 kms. Supermarkets and other stores located within walking distance (Lidl 300 m, Conad 600m). In short, a great stay !
