Tenuta EDONE' Country House

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming country house / farm in Sicily, near Taormina, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the impeccable design of the property. The design of the country house is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that reflect the local culture and history. The common areas are equally impressive, featuring comfortable seating areas, cozy fireplaces, and large windows that frame the stunning landscape. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive care throughout our stay, the personnel went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. In summary, our stay at this Sicilian country house was truly unforgettable. The combination of stunning views, exquisite design, and outstanding service made for a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of Sicily. We can’t wait to return!

Nice quiet place few kilometers from sea. Amazing hills around hotel, nice pool near the bar and few restaurant :-) The hotel restaurant is great, definitely recommended. What is absolutely the best thing about the whole hotel is the family that takes care of you. This is the best I have ever met so far.

There were a lot of mosquitoes everywhere, you have to keep putting on repellent and not opening the windows as they don't have mosquito nets. But this is something to be reckoned with on an agro holiday.

Great location for exploring this side of Etna. Lovely spacious room, great pool, great food, lovely terrace/gardens to sit in. Fantastic staff -felt very welcomed and was a very comfortable and easy stay.

Beautiful setting. The large suite has tons of historical feature. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Food at restaurant was good.

Tons of flying insects in room. Sewer odor from bathroom.

Only 1 type of red and white wine is served. Make it at least three so one can choose. Mosquitoes (tiger) , are every were on Sicilië , and here also when the sun goes down. Room has mosquito gaze in front of window so that’s ok. Was still bitten 23 times. Amazingly a lot of Dutch tourists , but of the pleasant type

The facility was beautifully located. Perfect place to stay if you enjoy some peace and quiet. The pool is very nice, you can park easily, the accommodation and materials are clean and up to date. Great place!

The room was a bit smaller than imagined. Especially for the price you’d expect it to be more specious. Also, the quality of the restaurant was not good. The food lacked taste, the pasta was not cooked and there was no ambiance (no music and white lighting). The host was in no way interested in being there. Too bad, because the place has so much potential.
