The property was beautiful and in a really good location

There where 5 of us booked to stay in the Appartment, when we arrived all was well until we went to fold out the sofa bed to discover it was broken. This then lead to someone sleeping on the sofa

Posizione centrale. Appartamento spazioso per una famiglia di 4 persone. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il check-in automatico ma abbiamo ricevuto immediato supporto dall'agenzia.

Mancavano le tende oscuranti nella sala dove c'era il divano letto, per cui la mattina entrava molta luce. Il divano letto non aveva un appoggio, abbiamo dovuto fermarlo noi con dei cuscini.

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, viel Platz, Smart TV mit allen Streamingdiensten

Man konnte die meisten Fenster nicht (richtig) abdunkeln. Das Doppelbett war recht klein.

"Great option for city break"

Location amazing. Very spacious and well equipped.

No lift. During the night a homeless person was sleeping in the staircare and he smelled super bad… sad but didnt help to feel comfortable

I love the bathtub, and how clean it was. Easy to understand the instructions sent by staff.

You can't fully stand in the bedrooms because the ceilings are sloped in them.
