Very spacious and super clean property with a beautiful pool and a large, lush garden (Mt. Etna is visible from several positions in garden). Primary living space would easily accomodate a big family or group, as there is a huge sofa, a large TV and a long table to seat 10+ persons. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to cook family/group meals on-site. The four bedrooms are all relatively large with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and ample storage in each. It is a gated property with secure parking for 3+ cars. Perfect location for excursions to Etna, Catania and Acireale.

The E45 is pretty close, so traffic noise is audible (within the garden area, but not inside the property) and constant. Additional crockery would be required if a large family/group were to eat together.
