La terraza sin mantenimiento

The view from the hotel balcony is spectacular, especially at night. The shower was fabulous.

There is virtually no place in the bathroom to leave grooming/hygiene tools/products. The sink is small with no borders, and the faucet is smack in the middle, which makes it awkward to wash one's face.

Avevo richiesto il check-in alle ore 15:00. Arrivata lì non vi era nessuno ad accogliermi. Ho provato a chiamare più volte l’host ma senza risultato. Procedendo con la chiamata a Booking sono riuscita a risolvere il problema e l’host è arrivato con ben 1 ora di ritardo dandomi una spiegazione al quanto divertente all’inizio ma col senno di poi capisco il perché la struttura sia gestita in questo momento. Non vi era acqua calda nella doccia. È stato stressante farmi la doccia. Per quanto concerne il soggiorno, avevo richiesto di stare il giorno dopo fino a più tardi pagando un extra, l’host mi ha promesso una stanza a 100€ fino alle 21, assicurandomi che l’addetta delle pulizie era stata avvertita ma l’indomani ho dovuto sgomberare la camera perché l’addetta delle pulizie non era stata avvertita. E quindi oltre i soldi rubati, perché di questo si parla, non mi è stata nemmeno garantita la camera come promesso e pagata! A me dispiace che l’host non ha avuto nemmeno la premura di rimborsare i soldi e almeno chiedere scusa. È un peccato una tale gestione perché la struttura è bella.

⚠️ Beware – scammer! ⚠️ We booked this place in advance, fully confirmed our stay, and arrived on the agreed date. And guess what? Upon arrival, the host told us that he had “accidentally” reopened the booking for the same dates and rented the property to someone else! He didn’t reply to a single message beforehand, even though we tried to contact him several times. As a result, we were left without accommodation late in the evening, and the host just apologized and disappeared. To make things even worse, the payment was charged from our account the next day, even though the booking had already been “cancelled.” We reached out to the host asking for a refund, but it never happened. This behavior is nothing but a scam and a clear violation of Booking.com’s rules. Booking, please investigate this host and remove the listing! If the money is eventually refunded, we will update this review. But for now — we strongly advise against booking this place.

poca pulizia sulle scale e nella camera il telecomando tv non funzionava....peccato perche la struttura è molto bella

Bellissima struttura caratterizzata dall’equlibrio perfetto tra impianto storico del palazzo e elementi molto innovativi! Ambiente confortevolissimo e ottimamente areato e riscaldato; estrema cortesia e professionalità del personale. Posizione centralissima.

Loved our stay here, location couldn’t be more perfect in Ostuni and it was a seamless check in procedure.

The location

Room Smelled like mildew. The wood floors are warped from shower water. The decorative pillows on the bed were filthy. The jacuzzi hot tub in bed room which was the selling feature took two hours to fill and didn’t get hot. The owners were unreachable, didn’t answer WhatsApp or email for 2 days. I booked another spot, never slept in room.

The room was good and also the location in town.

The reception was not good at all. We had agreed on a time to meet to get the key to the room and we waited almost one hour without any information. If we at least had some information regarding what was happening we could have done something else but now we had to just stand there and wait. We actually never saw another person from the venue during our two day stay.
