We didn’t have a chance to see the property even it was confirmed.

Host didn’t answer on messages or answers the phone calls. Didn’t show up, after three hours of waiting, we have to find another place to stay in a last minute. Unfortunately our day in Ostuni was practically ruined.

The bed was comfortable, the roof was nice, the location convenient.

- a lot of things advertised in the listing were untrue. The “private parking” was actually a parking lot that was 5-10 min uphill a rocky road. There was no WiFi (the host said “I told you so” and I when asked when, she just left me on read). No hairdryer, no minibar, and the fridge wasn’t working - which was very frustrating bc I take injections that need to be refrigerated. When I asked the host she said “that’s the max the fridge goes” - we measured the temp, it was 15C. - The room smelled like cigarettes, particularly the bathrooms.

I wish there was a hairdryer and coffee!

Fantastic location to be able to walk around the city, town squares and all the restaurants & bars!! The host was very helpful at check-in.

Nothing, everything worked out perfectly.

The room was really nice, comfy and clean. The host Daniele was very nice and helpful. The location is great, near restaurants etc… The room itself was very nice, with good wooden furnitures, the shower is unbelievable :) and the room was hot when we came (end of November)…
