La casa es bonita, está decorada con gusto y tiene una azotea chula

Muchas cosas no me gustaron. La primera, que es un alojamiento gestionado por un empresario que ni está ni se le espera. Te pone en contacto con un vigilante que te facilita el código de la puerta después de chequearte a través de una cámara. 2° la casa está en pleno centro donde es imposible aparcar, en una zona gentrificada donde los pocos vecinos locales que quedan están hartos de turistas. Unos jóvenes nos invitaron a irnos y nos amenazaron con cagarse en la puerta 3° Es una casa estrecha y llena de escaleras, no apta si tienes problemas de movilidad. 4° el baño está junto a la cocina y la minúscula zona de comedor. Se escapan olores lo que no es agradable.5° No hay microondas, lo que es incómodo 6°. No se puede usar la azotea para desayunar o comer porque tienes que subir tres tramos de escaleras con todo lo necesario.

A quelques minutes à pied du port vénitien de la Canée. Décoration très soignée. Très bien équipé.

3 étages. La cuisine est tout en bas et la terrasse tout en haut. Donc difficile de faire ses repas sur la terrasse. Grande terrasse mais il y a qu'un parasol pour se protéger du soleil. Et la lumière pas suffisante pour y rester une fois le soleil couché. Rue pietonne donc il faut avoir de la chance pour garer la voiture dans la rue à côté.

Lovely home. Close to beach... handy to old town. Nice shower. Nice balcony and bonus washing machine. Easy check in and check out would definitely recommend and stay again

Would have been good to have some kind of line and pegs to dry your clothes on. But no big deal.

Cute, air-conditioned, well located and quiet - good communication from the host and no real issues. It will not be to everyone's taste because it is not particularly spacious, despite the property having four floors. The main door opens on to a small kitchen, with a bath/shower room and toilet (!) adjacent. Like a small reception area, with a dining table shoe-horned in. The free wine on arrival was appreciated but unopened and the apartment was clearly 'looked after'. We turned the sofa-bed down on the first floor because it was a nightmare upright but that probably says more about us than anything else. The second-floor bedroom was perfect and we slept well every night of our stay. There is also a third-floor mezzanine with a single bed that would perhaps allow for ghosts or memories; however, that is up to you.

No real pressure for hot water in the shower.

We just loved our stay at Elvie house, I wish we could have stayed longer! The house is situated in the pretty back streets of Chania town and is really conveniently situated to walk to the harbour or the town centre. The house itself is decorated beautifully, with a mix of modern features and traditional Greek art works and decorations, a great deal of care has gone into making this property feel homely.

We didn’t find anything we didn’t like! However if you are travelling with someone elderly, or with limited mobility the property may be unsuitable as it comprises 3 floors and a roof terrace, and there are quite a lot of steep stairs.

Bathroom with kitchen. Bathroom sink very difficult to use because so small and no head room.
