3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with all needed appliances, small balcony. We were a group of 5 and felt comfortable during our stay. The hosts were very responsive.

The apartment is charming. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment is nice and spacious. Location is close enough that you can walk to where many of the restaurants, shops and Mercado do Livramento are in the historic centre in about 15 minutes. Teresa, the host, was very nice.

I sent a message to Filipe on WhatsApp to notify him of our arrival, giving him a 30 minute heads up and he never responded. Nor did Teresa. She did show up however about 45 minutes after I message him first and then her. No one responded to my WhatsApp message saying the wifi wasn't working. And no one responded to my WiFi concern in the message I sent on the booking.com app, either. It says there are sea views from the terrace, but its not like you can sit on that terrace to enjoy the views. You have to really crane your next to see the sea. The street is noisy. Some very angry old woman screamed into her phone for 20 minutes as she was walking up and down the street and the people in the apartment below were also arguing about something for a while making us wish we'd chosen a quieter location. The courtyard outback is in poor condition and not anywhere you'd spend any time even though its available. The street/area itself is not very attractive so if you're looking for a place that offers lovely street views in a pretty neighbourhood, this is not the place. We didn't book it for that option, but it was a surprise how rough the street and buildings across from the apartment looked. At 140 Euros/night, you get the space and good beds, but less-than-pleasing (but safe) neighbourhood.
