Very spacious apartment, all you need in the kitchen,

Windows were not very good and a lot of noize from outside street

A big and convenient apartment for families. Parking on site, good location, well equipped.

The entrance and parking are less pleasant, but once you get to the apartment, it's great.

The apartment was specious, clean, well equipped and in a great location with 2 bedrooms, open kitchen, safe garage parking and a nice balcony overlooking the surroundings and glimpse of Lake Garda in Peschiera del Garda. It is located only 5 min. walking down the street and around the corner from the Lake for walks along the shore or through the picturesque city centre for shops and restaurants, there is also a restaurant and a bar located directly downstairs by the apartment. We instantly felt very much at home there even though we only stayed for one night.

As this was a private apt in a regular building, not in a hotel etc., there was not much direct contact with any staff like an agency etc. This was principly no problem as they could be reached in due course by message and telephone to arrange the key handover through the cleaning lady on site. This worked out a bit chaotic at first, otherwise simply and pragmatic, as we obviously missed each other and nobody could be seen for a while. (Instead of just awaiting us at the entrance door downstairs by the street, she obviously went to the garage entrance at the back of which I had no clue (and where it was located) although I told them I was arriving on foot at first. Plus, the cleaner only spoke Italian, so some advanced knowledge of the language could be useful for better communication and understanding, although we swiftly sorted it out by a mobile translator.. I wouldn't generally expect cleaning personnel to have much knowledge of foreign languages, however, working in the tourism sector and having direct contact with guests (who may have none or only basic knowledgeof Italian), it would definitely be helpful and improve the service. She also took photos of our passports with her phone for identification and payment of tourist tax - this was not communicated in advance and although I was aware this has to paid in some places, the handling should maybe be better sorted out in the future in my opinion. As you never knew whom you spoke to on the phone (also in broken English), the contact with the staff felt uncomplicated, but yet a bit awkward or unofficial.

Very comfortable apartment a lot of space seperate bathroom for bedroom, nice view from balkony, near to centre of Peschiera, 15-20 min walk to train station, 5-10 min walk to ferry station, underground parking place 😀
