Wszędzie bardzo czysto. Obiekt zadbany, obejście uporządkowane, po trawniku wokół budynku można bezpiecznie chodzić boso. Miły i pomocny gospodarz, od razu reaguje nawet w sprawach drobnych. Śniadania b. dobre i urozmaicone. Kawa z prawdziwego ekspresu (nie z automatu). Właściwa twardość materacy łóżek. Dobra baza wypadowa dla turystów rowerowych/ narciarzy (są schowki na sprzęt) , pieszych i biegających a także tych z małymi dziećmi (w bezpośredniej bliskości trakt spacerowo jezdnym wzdłuż rzeki).

Z uwagi na zbliżenie do drogi (mimo, że lokalnej) - odczuwalny hałas przy otwartych oknach (od strony północnej i wschodniej) pochodzący od kół przejeżdżających pojazdów . Przydałoby się wyższe, szczelne ogrodzenie stanowiące barierę przeciwdźwiękową.
