Excellent location in the heart of the old historic town. Lovely rooftop terrace and tasteful apartment decor.

Very slow Internet (10 Mbps) and completely unstable, although they assured high speed and good quality.

Great location, very clean and easy check in.

Was advertised as two bathrooms but only had one shower. Second ‘double bedroom’ was only a king single bed. Lots of narrow stairs!

"Bel appartement bien situé mais inaccessible : 56 marches !"

La situation de l'appartement au centre de Cefalù est idéale pour visiter cette belle ville. L'appartement est très grand et bien équipé en particulier avec une machine à laver le linge et de quoi repasser. La terrasse est très appréciée pour le petit déjeuner et le diner avec vue sur la cathédrale, le rocher et la mer (en se penchant).

Les 56 marches pour accéder à l'appartement sans compter celles pour accéder à la terrasse ! A raison d'au moins 3 allées-venues par jour sur 5 jours cela fait plus de 840 marches à monter et à descendre ! Et quelles marches : anormalement hautes et en partie usées (pierres glissantes). Si le logeur a fait l'effort de porter la valise de 20 kilos à l'arrivée, il n'a en revanche pas daigner renouveler son geste au départ et à 76 ans on n'a pas apprécié. Pas de lave-vaisselle. La climatisation est indispensable mais c'est un supplément à prévoir dans le budget du séjour.

"Disappointing, agent rude, good location if you don’t mind walking up four floors"

We hoped to have a relaxing holiday here. Agent text the day before with long instructions about putting out rubbish each day . Had to take it about 7 minutes walk away- who wants to do that every day? Apartment humid & air conditioning charged as an extra at 7 euro per night. Four floors up, no lift. Floor not clean. Would not recommend

Terrible check in experience. Agent was supposed to meet us but text to say we had to check in ourselves. Told us about lockbox but not which apartment out of 7. Said they would come 9 am next day, guy on his phone the whole time, more instructions about rubbish. Unpleasant
