Amazing views, great location, perfect service and a nice comfort. That's what you'll find in this property. The owners are friendly and you can discuss everything. Beautiful city of Volterra is just a few minutes by car. Would definitely recommend for your stay.

Nice surroundings and apartment. Storing the luggage before arrival was arranged - we were given the key to the apartment. Though we left right away there was no need to check in later on. But exact arrival time was required for someone to be around.

The water was not warm enough for a shower. There are no dinners on Tuesdays - host's days off. It should have been known in advance. Breakfast was offered after 9am.

The restaurant is excellent. Luigi, the owner was wonderful and very helpful. The views are amazing.

Wasn’t very clean and furniture is worn out. Rooms were not good value.

Very nice place. The view was spectacular! You could see both sunrise and sunset. Close to Volterra and other interesting places.

I was looking for places where dogs are allowed, but after our arrival we found out that our dog must be on leash only, so it was very disappointing for us and if we knew that earlier, we wouldn’t have chosen this agriturismo for sure. Last year we visited various locations in Toscana and absolutely no problem with our dog, who was off leash most of the time. So I would recommend the owners change the information about the dogs.

We loved everything about this property. The most accommodating host we have every had in our traveling experience, which made us feel so comfortable and right at home even though we were thousands of miles from our actual home.

this place was absolutely AMAZING. we arrived later than anticipated due to getting a little lost in the hills with no service, and Luigi was WONDERFUL. he and his wife provided us with one of the best meals we've had in Italy when it turned out the nearby restaurant was closed. the place was adorable and very comfortable. lots of space and light, and the views were INCREDIBLE. in the morning we had a delicious breakfast and Luigi very kindly drove us down to the bus stop. 11/10, would hugely recommend staying here
