"Bien situé mais manque d'entretien"

Emplacement central tout près de la place Lancu. Facilité d'accès. Propreté. Confort des lits. Proximité du cafe Meron (très bon) et d'une épicerie

L'appartement manque globalement d'entretien. Plusieurs luminaires ne fonctionnent pas, meuble sous lavabo abîmé, Serviettes de bain effilochées. Plusieurs pleintes abîmées. Les explications du chauffage sont obsolètes, la clim a remplacé la chaudière du coup pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et évacuationde la clim dans un bidon !. Pas assez de papier toilette. Réponses tardives aux messages. Dommage !
