"Spacious apartment with a great location, but poorly cleaned."

Great location and a spacious apartment.

The furniture is quite old, the cleaning was poor with dust and hair under the sink, lots of stains inside the garbage cupboard, and a corridor carpet that seemed never vacuumed , the place is saved only by its location :(

"Terrible experience: DIRTY and overpriced!"

The location is very good, however the quality-price relation is a misery for this apartment.

Old apartment, old facilities, dirty conditions, air conditioning tied to a plastic tub full of water behind a couch, dirty and old cupboards, old and smelly carpets with a room perfume bottle in the middle to muffle the air, a little balcony not cleaned in months, very high price for Cluj for something called « luxury » which is nothing but wanna-be luxury in a superficial / kitch manner. Clearly NO go!
