Lo staff è molto accogliente e pronto per rispondere ad ogni necessità degli ospiti. Il locale è nel centro di Caldaro, favorevole per prendere la strada per Bolzano, indipendentemente che si viaggi in auto o in bus. L'atmosfera che si respira è domestica. Ci si sente come a casa propria. La colazione a buffet è ricca e abbondante. Indimenticabili i dolci fatti in casa!

A mio parere il riscaldamento dell'ambiente era un po' alto. In realtà ho notato questo in tutti i posti al chiuso che sono andata a vedere in Alto Adige, penso sia un'abitudine del luogo come risposta al clima montano.
