"Very beautiful structure, close to the center, in a quiet area, with super attentive service."

The building is very nice. It is brand new and the terrace where to have the breakfast is lovely. The lady that was serving breakfast and cleaning the rooms was super attentive and extra nice. The stay was overall nice especially in light of the bargain price.

The rooms are not very big and the street to reach the place is a bit steep. After the rainstorm, the water in the shower was not very hot (lukewarm at best). The breakfast was okay but more Italian-style (do not expect a huge buffet continental style). But these are just minor nitpicking, after all one does not come here to go to the room very often.

We enjoyed very much the site of this villa. It was on the one hand close enough to the port and downtown locations. But also far enough from the busy center so that it was calm and relaxing. The hotel with its familiar atmosphere gets several nice places to lie either in the sun or shade of the garden as well as on the nice balcony with a 'Bellavista'. :)
