The house is spacious and clean. It is easy to find a place to park the car.

You can not access directly even the washing machine is in the underground room, you have to go out the house then enter the underground room from the backyard. This is to unconvient.

Our stay at Casa Ercoli was perfect. The house is very spacious, spotlessly clean, the bed and couch very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The building has a safe parking lot which was very important for us. We would definitely come back and warmly recommend it.

"Fair enough but not wow."

Under the current circumstances, nothing.

Not the best choice for 4 people. The 2 bathrooms advertised are not really fully operational for 2 couples. 4 people cannot manage with one set of keys, this is basic logic. Part of our group in an adjacent apartment was cancelled by host because of a problem with their apartment and didn’t offer a replacement. That ruined our plans.
