La limpieza, la ubicación

El WiFi andaba pésimo, para arrogar la basura en lo contenedores como te indicaba el Propietario necesitabas una llave, la cual nunca no nos la brindó

Eravamo fuori stagione in aprile, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento pulitissimo, con tutti servizi, SPA aperta pomeriggio. Abbiamo soggiornati in una struttura in buona posizione ad Alba di Canazei...

L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito ed in ordine. Comoda la posizione. Zona servita da supermercati, bar ..

L'assistenza al cliente. Ho avuto un problema con l'acqua che non veniva calda e il sig. Lorenzo non ha risposto alle mie telefonate ribadendo più volte di non poter rispondere. Ha comunque inviato un tecnico che con moooolta calma è arrivato ed ha risolto il problema in serata ( io avevo segnalato il problema verso le 14.30 tornata da un'escursione sulla neve e non mi è stata data alcuna alternativa per potermi scaldare ) . Con il sig.Lorenzo eravamo rimasti d'accordo che ne avremmo parlato il giorno dopo ma non l'ho mai più visto. Anche al checkout non si è presentato e mi ha detto di lasciare le chiavi sul bancone della reception. Pagati 66 euro tra lenzuola ed asciugamani ( i lenzuoli erano singoli per un letto "matrimoniale" formato da due singoli quindi ogni notte si rimaneva scoperti - 4 asciugamani per 6 giorni di soggiorno , due grandi e 2 piccoli ) Peccato perché se non fosse per l'assistenza sarei tornata volentieri.

Comodità, bar sotto casa, spa, balcone spazioso

Letti non comodissimi e scricchiolanti, acqua della vasca spa non caldissima, metterei più utensili vari come Scottex per cucina e una macchinetta elettrica per caffè
