"Terrazza meravigliosa"

La posizione per visitare le spiagge tra San Teodoro e Budoni in auto è perfetta. Meravigliosa la terrazza (la vista è nelle foto allegate) e la possibilità di parcheggiare proprio sotto l’appartamento. C’è una pace e una tranquillità impagabili. In cucina tutto quello che serve. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

Il materasso un po’ duro ma ci si abitua.

Wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terrasse! Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftiges Müllsystem. Es wird Kurtaxe verlangt und am Ende bar hinterlassen. Für die engen Gassen und den Parkplatz sollte man kein zu großes und zu tief liegendes Auto haben. Für unseres hat alles gepaßt! Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Besteck etc. war für 3 Personen ok. Es gibt ein paar Steckdosenadapter um deutsche SchuKo-Stecker-Geräte benutzen zu können.

Die Klobrille war ziemlich wackelig. Ansonsten gibt es eigentlich nichts zu meckern! :-)

"Sehr kuscheliges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment für Paare oder kleine Famile"

Perfekt saubere Wohnung mit mega Aussicht, da auf einer Anhöhe gelegen. Bad mit Bidet und Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht in wirklich gutem Zustand. Tiefkühler für Eis etc., Klima, TV, Grill, überdachter Parkplatz. Und super gute Pizzeria gleich nebenan. 10 min zu Fuß zum Supermarkt. Willkommensgruß Wasser, Wein und Biscotti für den ersten Hunger. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gestellt. Alles um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen,- und das haben wir !

nichts, was die Unterkunft betrifft. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein, um zum Strand zu laufen sonst per Auto, was aber überall mit Parkgebühren belegt wird mit bis zu € 6,- / Tag.

Csendes helyen van, de éttermek és kis helyi strand közelségében. Olbia városa csak fél óra autó utra volt, mely gyorsforgalmi úttal volt összekótve. Csodálatos a panoráma a keleti partra, öröm volt a reggeli készülődés. A szállás nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt, kényelmes. A szállásnak saját parkolója volt , így a kocsiba kényelmesen lehetett pakolni, és közben biztonságban tudtuk. A tulajdonosok mindenben információval elláttak, kérdéseinkre gyorsan válaszoltak. Köszönjük hogy a vendégek lehettünk.
