Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus auf drei Etagen, haben die Lage (sehr zentral) sehr genossen. Guisy war super nett und hat uns wertvolle lokale Tipps gegeben.

A beautiful house in the historic centre of Castellammare del Golfo, close to all the amenities, cafes, restaurant and nightlife. The location of the house is perfect as your base to explore the town and beyond, including the beach which is easily reachable on foot or by car. The house itself is historic and beautifully decorated, maintaining many of its original features, with plenty of space, light and air. It's split into three levels, and features a terrace at the top floor with stunning views of the port and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is very spacious and the bed is comfortable and firm and has a smart tv and AC. You will find a family bathroom at the top floor with shower, and an additional toilet by the kitchen. The house comes with a brand new washing machine and detergent provided by the host, so we managed to wash our clothes and hang them on the washing lines in the balcony. The host was extremely helpful with our check-in process and kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Casa su tre piani veramente ad una manciata di passi dal corso principale e dal porto turistico. Ciò significa che da qui si ha tutto a portata di una passeggiata. Accoglienza cortese e sempre disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno. Cucina ben attrezzata e corredo bagno disponibile. All'ultimo piano è disponibile un terrazzo, da noi usato per fare colazione, con una bellissima vista sul porto nuovo.

La casa caratteristica, molto bella e silenziosa, nel centro storico ma allo stesso tempo vicino al mare

Difficile tutto il discorso della ZTL e quindi senza possibilità di trovare un parcheggio con facilità

Appartement Triplex avec vue sur le port … mais qui est sur 3 étages !

L’annonce ne précise pas que l’appartement est sur 3 niveaux. La cuisine est au 1er etage, la chambre au second étage, et la salle de bain avec la fameuse terrasse au 3eme. Pas de machine à café, ni de micro ondes. Pas de four pour faire la cuisine. L’appartement est situé dans une zone a trafic limité, donc pas possible d’y accéder en voiture, le stationnement se fait sur les rues payantes qui sont plus loin.

Posizione fantastica, vicino a tutto e vista mare impagabile. Casa accogliente che abbiamo sentito subito nostra. Ogni angolo curato nei minimi dettagli con gusto e praticità. Opuscoli utilissimi. In dispensa le cose essenziali: olio, sale zucchero ecc accoglienza perfetta.

La posizione dell'appartamento è meravigliosa in centro alla cittadina. Il panorama dalle finestre spazia sull' intero porto, regalando tramonti meravigliosi. E' una tipica antica casa siciliana, ristrutturata con grande gusto e con attenzione alle caratteristiche originarie. Inoltre non manca nulla: sono presenti tutte le stoviglie e gli attrezzi necessari in cucina, la lavatrice con detersivo, ombrelloni, lenzuola, asciugamani, ecc. La proprietaria è stata presente e gentilissima.

Per le sue caratteristiche di tipica antica casa siciliana non è consigliata a persone che hanno problemi di deambulazione o a famiglie con bambini piccoli per la presenza di scale interne e di scale per arrivare all'appartamento ( caratteristica di tutta Castellamare)
