Really comfortable stay, host and his family are some of the nicest and most hospitable people I’ve met. Booked accommodation for the ala kul trek via the host too!

The guesthouse was perfect: very clean, good location, lovely owner, nice bedroom, kitchen very well equipped.

A cosy family house with a lot of character and an incredibly friendly host. Would fully recommend as a place to prepare for and relax after walks in the mountains.

- We really liked the authentic vibe of the house! It’s a quiet neighbourhood and there’s a nice garden. - Nurdin and his wife are super friendly and helpful. For example, he helped us arrange our 4-day trip to Ala-Kul and it was amazing.

It was wonderful staying, all were more than I expected! I got why this house has many good reviews after I stayed. The family is very warm hearted people. All places are very clean. Rooms has very good taste, nice atmosphere. Beautiful carpet etc. It's different from hostel. This is the arthouse which is run by good people. Karakol is very good to stay, and also since this house is so great, I supposed to stay 3 nights but extended. Highly recommended to the people who loves calm and cleanliness and beauty.

Номера очень классные, свежие, все чисто, кухня суперская, есть чайник, плита, микроволновка, чай, кофе и прочие столовые принадлежности. Вокруг очень приятный интерьер, висят карты Иссык-Куля, Кыргызстана и картины. Кормили очень вкусно, один из лучших завтраков в отелях вокруг Иссык-Куля - был творог, мандарины, домашний мед, яичница, каши и салаты, одним словом объедение. Ванная и туалет чистые и ухоженные, хозяева очень гостеприимные и встретили нас как своих, за что отдельная благодарность, нам удалось почувствовать себя как дома.

Не сразу Вас нашли из за того что были переименованы некоторые улицы и мы немного заплутали. Для тех, кто будет оставаться у Вас - Дуйшеева 121 - это заброшенный недостроенный дом, смотрите по фотографиям, прикрепленным в 2Гисе, актуальный адрес Дуйшеева 121а.

Really friendly owner Great pan for cooking, doesn't stick at all (!) Hot shower with good pressure Clean rooms Quiet place, other guests were friendly. Good for solo traveller in 30's! Kept my stuff for free while I hiked.
