Nice location and nice building.

Very noisy! Neighbours are loud and leave no chance to sleep through 11 nights of my stay. Water pressure is very bad in shower. No sound segregation between appartments.

Everithing was great,since was nice,clean and tidy,the staff were very friendly and nice people,next time when i will come in constanta,Briliant Apartament are the best choice.
