I stayed in this apartment for 4 days. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but there are several areas that clearly need improvement. On the positive side, the location is very good — about a 5–10 minute walk from the Old Town — and the price is reasonable (as long as you don’t consider the parking). However, there were multiple negative aspects. Cleanliness was a major issue: the sofa was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, the floor was not properly cleaned, and the table had visible stains. The bathroom was also problematic, with a broken toilet seat that made it uncomfortable to use. The reception service was average at best. One important issue is that the listing mentioned parking availability, but upon arrival I was told it costs €25 per day, which is extremely high (around 60% of the total booking price). This was not clearly communicated in advance, and the reception staff did not handle the situation well. I would only recommend this apartment if you plan to use it just for sleeping. The living room is not really usable in its current condition. That said, the location and base price are good.
