Very peaceful location. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable furnishing. Beautiful covered terrasse with sea view. Superfast WiFi. Possibility to use washing machine. Availability of activities on site. It is within walking distance to Kotor, supermarkets and restaurants. Mirko exceptional host - very helpful and jovial.

Nothing, but we suggest putting a proper shower. At te moment there is a hand-held shower attachment, but Mirko is planning to renovate the bathroom anyhow, so nothing really.

the host Mirko was there and available to answer all kind of questions . extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with . location was perfect , jjst outside enough and easy walk in to the center .

It was the perfect vacation! The apartments have everything you need. The location is very convenient, the old town is within walking distance. Small beach and pier just 20 meters away. The host Mirko made sure that nothing distracts from a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and pleasant, the apartment was quiet. There was a wonderful smell of flowering trees on the patio. We will definitely come back here!

The apartment was great and the outside sitting area in the garden was lovely. A 15 minute walk along the water to get to the Old Town and some nice restaurants in the opposite direction too. Mirko was so welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again - highly recommended.

Convenient location - only ~15 min walk to old town. The room is quiet and well equipped. You can rent a bike from host to “cruise” around town 😄. Good recommendations for home style local food. Good advice about hiking up from the back of the “mountain” then coming down from the Ladder🪜 of Kotor - free of charge… ha ha

House is beautifully set just 50 meters from the small beach and the waterfront, ideal for early morning coffees by the sea. The quaint cobbled alley leads to the arched doorway where you enter the charming garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation. The apartment was perfect for a short stay: spacious, bright, clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and two balconies. Being there was pure joy. And one more thing - I have never met a host like Mirko, so devoted to his job and hospitable - always at disposal for any information or to solve any problem that might occur during bicycle riding or hiking in the mountains. Mirko, thank you both for your hospitality, You made our stay perfect!
