Apartment looks the same as on photo. Everything was perfect. It’s located not far away from the city center

The location is quite loud, but the city is loud overall, otherwise everything was perfect.

The noise

The apartment was nice, with everything I needed. There are an A/C in the room, you have a coffee machine available and you have a fridge. Lidl is just 50 meters away, very convenient. My host answered the questions I had so I was happy

Its a short walk to the city center but you can walk there, no problem

Very basic, but clean and comfortable. For the price very good.

Though we didn't meet each other in person, everything had been explained in sufficient time before, enough information given, smooth process, even supporting my questions with video from the apartment. Great service, clean place, good location.

The contact with the property was very good, we received detailed information on how to get to the property and received answers to all our questions (including very good recommendation for a restaurant). The property is well located, in a good area. There was coffee available in the room.

The apartment is not well taken care of, the fittings are used and gave the impression that the apartment is not clean. Bad smell in the room, probably from smoking inside. The photos on booking do not reflect the reality, they are much better than how the apartment really looks. The price on booking is higher than on the webside (we paid the Booking price) and is too high compared to what the apartment has to offer. The paid parking is a minus, given the lack of quality at least parking should be included in the price.
