I booked in the morning 08h, and i get the confirmation. At 22h, when i came to the place they told me: "we dont have room for you. My boss wrote to you". At 17:30 they send me the message on email that they can not fulfill the booking. I was traveling for the whole day, and did not read emails in foreign country. I think they could have called, if they understood the situation.
