Property Notes

Payment upon arrival is not possible for late check-ins (after 21.00), which are carried out by our trusted taxi drivers. Our drivers can only do these check-ins when the full rental and tourist tax amount is on our Bank, Paypal or Stripe account, 2 days before arrival. Sal and Boa Vista are small islands in the Atlantic Ocean that try hard to meet European standards which is not always possible. Occasionally, there may be temporary interruptions in the electricity, water, or internet supply. Shopping opportunities are limited, so the availability of certain items cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that, before booking, you do some research to match your expectations with the reality of our beautiful islands. A cleaning and change of linen once every 7 days is included in the rental price. An additional cleaning costs €20 and a change of linen costs €15. These can be ordered and paid for at our office in Leme Bedje. One additional cleaning/change of linen can be ordered per week. Our apartments are strictly nonsmoking both inside as well as on the terrace. Smoking is only allowed in the communal areas. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Emplacement et vue sur la mer : top !"

L'emplacement est top si vous voulez être proche de la rue piétonne mais en ayant aussi le calme nécessaire pour vous reposer sans avoir le bruit du soir ( tout est accessible à pied). La vue sur la mer est tout simplement magnifique ! L'appartement est sécurisé, propre et bien équipé. Un merci tout particulier à Djamila et Céleste qui ont été disponibles, sympathiques et bienveillantes. Encore merci pour ce séjour :)

"Fantastische Lage in Santa Maria mit toller Aussicht"

Wunderschönes Apartment mit perfekter Lage in Santa Maria, alles ist in Gehweite. Der Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht ist definitiv das Highlight. Innen alles liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Celeste und Djamila haben uns fantastisch betreut! Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gute Empfehlungen gegeben und die Taxis organisiert.

"Lage sehr gut aber bettenkomfort 0"

Sehr nahe am Strand und nahe an Supermarkt und Restaurants.Die Wohnung war sauber und das Personal freundlich

Die Matratze von dem sehr tiefen Bett ist Steinhart und sehr dünn nach 2 Tagen Rückenschmerzen holten wir die 2 Schaumstoff Matratzen von den zwei Kinderbetten die auch schon sehr alt und spröde waren dazu noch Kissen um die Unterlage auf 2 meter zu Verlängern dan ging es einigermassen

Ми провели чудову відпустку у просторих апартаментах. Розташування дуже зручне і вид з балкона приголомшливий. В апартаментах було все необхідне, і ми з першої секунди відчули себе як удома. Велике спасибі Селесті, яка усю відпустка була поруч і допомагала нам завжди на перше прохання. Вона дуже доброзичлива та мила людина.

Appartamento enorme, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Vista eccezionale sul mare. A 10 minuti a piedi da Santa Maria e dalle spiaggie più belle. Ottimo anche il servizio taxi di Bobbywashere dall' aeroporto che ci ha aspettato nonostante un immenso ritardo

"10 jours géniaux passés dans l’appartement"

La vue de la terrasse est superbe, l’emplacement est top, à deux pas des rues animées de Santa Maria tout est étant au calme. L’appartement est grand et super fonctionnel
