The location, the self check in (a rarity in Timisoara, still dont know why), the communication with the host and her flexibility, the ground floor location (a plus for me - alone and with luggage - but it might be the opposite for people looking for privacy), the cleanliness and the practicality of the space

I stayed a very short period, but I dont remember seeing any stove to prepare even a frugal breakfast. Maybe I missed it and it was in some locker. A washing machine would be great (this is also smth you find in very few apts in TM)
