Town was reachable by foot from the location. The balcony and view were great, and the living room was big enough to host family members stopping by. The kitchen was stocked with tableware and some (one pot's worth) coffee was available.

It was freezing cold on arrival and nothing was plugged in, including the router. No soap in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself is in dire need of renovation. Half of the shower stall is taken up by the hot water boiler, which took ages to heat up, resulting in a very cold first shower. The shower also looks very dirty, and I was a bit disgusted to shower there. There was still trash in the kitchen from a previous guest, and one of the trash cans was broken. Additionally, one last small annoyance was that one of the bedroom's two reading lamps was seemingly just for show, as we could not find any socket to plug it into.
