Garsoniera Argedava

Having stayed at a number of apartments over our month stay in Romania. It was easy to notice this property stand out amongst the rest. We found the location to be superb. Only a short taxi ride away from most of the attractions around Bucharest. Easy walk to local shops. Including bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. You are nestled in a quiet, slow paced suburb where there’s zero traffic noise. No construction noise or dust either. There’s a small friendly shop (magazine) about 3 mins walk down the street. At the end of the street, a path next to the railway links you with a lovey walk between the waters of Lake Colentina and Lacul Fundeni. The 15-20 minute walk will get you to the Mega Mall. Which is a very nice shopping centre for just about anything you need including a cinema. The property is furnished with very modern furniture, excellent bedding, iron, washing machine, pod coffee machine and more. A large fridge/freezer and smart TV with Netflix and wifi is included. Cell tower reception is fine. There is a modern keyless smart door lock and deadlock for extra security. Spa bath is great and the hot water supply is well sufficient (gas, demand heated). The water is clean tasting probably owning to the recent construction of the building. Fully functional kitchen with utensils/microwave lets you cook at home. Afternoon sun bathes the balcony and is very private. We are of the opinion that the view is excellent. Showcasing the slower paced Romanian suburb that surrounds. Along with the city skyline and much more. I’m trying to think of anything else. I was really impressed with this apartment. The owners are very kind and understanding. They’re available to help and understand English well.

It’s hard to be too critical about anything here. I’m sure you could find something but I for one will be staying here again next time.
